Top of the World Lodge gets its name from its location. It is the highest point in the area and shows all three nearby crater lakes — Lake Nyamirama, Lake Nyinabulitwa, and Lake Nyabikere.
The lodge welcomes visitors from all over the world, including campers. The camping area is well arranged, and there is a campfire to keep the place warm and enjoyable.

On your way back, you will see famous national parks nearby such as Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Rwenzori mountain ranges, and Kibale National Park. Many wild animals can be seen, including tree-climbing lions in Queen Elizabeth who are known to sleep for many hours, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, reptiles, and monkeys.
You will also pass through Fort Portal City, where the sounds of the wild can be heard at night in a peaceful and calm setting.
Make sure to move with your tour guide, as not everyone you meet will be friendly.
